About Us

Rafael is a working Broker and REALTOR® with over twelve years of full time experience.  Throughout his career, Rafael has done extensive work in residential sales, representing both buyers and sellers including REO (Real Estate Owned) properties.  Rafael has sold over $600,000,000 in residential real estate.  He is also a former owner of a home inspection company. His higher education has been at California State University Northridge and the University of Phoenix.  Rafael is a Certified Residential Specialist "CRS" Broker.  Only 4% of REALTORS nationally have obtained this title from the National Association of Realtors.

As the Broker and a REO Director for Quantum Realtors, Rafael is personally responsible for the management and oversight of REO sales within our regional network, with offices strategically located throughout Southern California, these offices include Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, Downey, Westlake Village, Simi Valley, Riverside, and Newport Beach. These locations enable Rafael, and the other REO Team Leaders to serve all our client's REO needs in the Los Angeles, Ventura, Riverside and Orange Counties.  

Rafael is personally currently working with Countrywide, Option One, USRES, Carrington, CITI Bank, HSBC, EMC, PMH, Equity Point, Old Republic Default,  Wells Fargo/Premier Asset Services, American Home Mtg and WACHOVIA.  

Recenlty Rafael has been asked by the largest trade organization in the default industry "REOMAC to provide Safety Courses to the default industry.    

Prior to Real Estate BIO:  

A Former Gunnery Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, a Los Angeles Police Officer, and until recently a Reserve Police Officer.  Rafael has also served his community as an executive member of the neighborhood council.  Technical Law Enforcement Advisor to the Emmy Award T.V. Show "The Shield", Personal Protection Services to some of Hollywoods Biggest names.
